PLO, Vatican to Fast-Forward Concluding Agreement

RAMALLAH, June 24, 2012 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas and the Vatican’s
Apostolic Delegate to Jerusalem and Palestine, Antonio Franco, Sunday agreed
to fast-forward concluding the agreement between Palestine Liberation
Organization (PLO) and the Holy See.

Abbas and Franco held talks in the presidential headquarters in Ramallah,
where they discussed issues of joint interest and the historical relations
between the Palestinian people, the Holy See and the Catholic Church.
