Egypt Mulls Russian Ship Upgrade
MOSCOW [MENL] -- Egypt was said to have been examining a Russian upgrade
offer of its new warship.
Russia's state-owned Morinformsystem-Agat said it submitted an offer to
enhance the latest warship of the Egyptian Navy. Morinformsystem-Agat,
deemed Russia's naval technology contractor, said it could install advanced
systems on the two French-origin Mistral helicopter carriers ordered by
Cairo.
