IDF aerial attack of access routes leading to projectile rocket launching
grounds in the northern Gaza Strip tonight

Following the Palestinian terror activity directed at Israeli targets,
including the firing of projectile rockets from the Gaza Strip at Israeli
communities, the IDF carried out an aerial attack tonight, December 15th,
2005, targeting a number of access routes in the area of Beit Hanoun, in the
northern Gaza Strip, used by terrorists to reach the areas from which
projectile rockets are launched at Israeli targets.

The objective of targeting these routes is to prevent the passage of
terrorists to the rocket launching grounds, and to disrupt the repeated
attempts to fire projectile rockets at Israeli targets.
