Hamas to control all crossing points except for Rafah

In an interview with Israel Radio Arab affairs correspondent Avi Yissakharov
today Jibril Rajoub said that Hamas will control most of the PA's security
forces while Mahmoud Abbas will continue to control a few groups, including
National Security.

In a follow up conversation with IMRA, Yissakharov noted that, based on
Rajoub's remarks, Hamas controlled security forces will be responsible for
all crossing points with the exception of Rafah. Rafah will remain under
the control of National Security.
