GAZA CITY (Alresalah.ps) -- Data show that an imminent outbreak of war on
the Gaza Strip is likely to happen soon, even though both Israel and the
Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) are not willing to renew fighting. There
are variables that may force both parties to go into a new confrontation.

It is clear that Israel began to prepare itself for a new war, since
potentials for an escalation increased almost a year after Israel's 2014 war
on Gaza. Israel redeployed the Iron Dome Interception batteries on the Gaza
borders – a move which expresses Israel's deep concerns over renewal of
engagement.

Israeli warplanes targeted a handful of paramilitary sites in the Gaza Strip
over the last couple of weeks. Popular Palestinian anger mounted, as a
result. Here, many Palestinians raised questions about the ceasefire
agreement, signed in August 2014.

The Palestinian resistance believes that the situation in the Gaza Strip is
moving towards the abyss, for the living conditions are deteriorating.

Member of Islamic Jihad Political Bureau Mohammed al-Hindi confirmed that
the Palestinian resistance in Gaza deems the state of relative calm
"fragile", saying, "By means of siege, they are trying to achieve what they
could not gain by war".

The Qassam Brigades has paved a road alongside the eastern border with
Israel. This procedure was considered challenging to Israel by many experts.
An anonymous leader in the Qassam Brigades said that the field trainings the
Qassam Brigades started on the borders with Israel aims to confuse the
Israelis and to prepare the freedom fighters psychologically.

Experts anticipate that a war will break out, only if casualties or killed
people are reported in either side.
