Termination of tenure of Minister.
22. (b) The Prime Minister may, by way of written notification, remove a
Minister from his post; the removal of Minister will take effect 48 hours
after the letter notifying thereof was given to the Minister, unless the
Prime Minister retracts prior to such time.
