Dear Ambassador Mil-Man,

I read Russia-Hamas Relations and the Israel-Hamas War https://www.inss.org.il/publication/russia-hamas-israel/ with great interest.

Do you believe that Russia has no influence on the ability of the IAF to strike targets in Syria?

Alternatively - is it your position that the influence Russia has on the ability of the IAF to strike targets in Syria shouldn't weigh into the considerations of policy makers vis-a-vis Israel's policies towards Russia and Ukraine?

Thanks.

Best regards,
Aaron
