Subject:, Effective 2 September 2024

In light of recent announcements by workers=E2=80=99 organizations =
regarding potential strikes in the economy in general and in the public =
sector in particular, effective 2 September 2024, please be informed =
that according to the Basic Law: Labor Relations, there is no legal =
obligation to pay wages to employees who strike or refrain from working =
as part of an unapproved strike.

Given the above, you are required to act in accordance with the ruling =
of =E2=80=9Cno work, no pay,=E2=80=9D meaning no salary should be paid =
to employees who participate in such actions.
